Frank Han is based in Taxand China where he is a partner of Hendersen Taxand. Frank has more than 20 years of experience in the customs area. Prior to joining the General Administration of Customs (GAC), Frank worked in the Beijing Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau for eight years. During this period, he supervised the quality inspection of light industrial products and textile goods, and conducted negotiations of compensation issues concerning quality with leading domestic and foreign companies. Before Frank joined China’s taxand practice, Hendersen Taxand in Beijing in 2006, he worked in KPMG’s Beijing office for two years. He has been involved in the development and implementation of trade and operation procedures for several key industries. Some of Frank’s major clients include Sony, BP, Benz, Caterpillar, Philip Morris, Samsung, and SGM.
