Sandra Mah is based in Taxand Canada, where she is a partner of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. Working out of the Calgary office, she specialises in the area of tax law with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and reorganisation of corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Sandra received her LLM in tax law at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005. She has written articles and presented on a variety of subjects including the taxation of trusts, structuring tax deferred transfers, tax and estate planning. Sandra is a member of several organisations including the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society. She was named one of Calgary's "Top 40 under 40" by Avenue Magazine.
