Greg Lindsey is based in Taxand Canada where he is a partner of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and leader of its Tax Practice Group.  Working from the Calgary office, he specialises in corporate acquisition and reorganisation tax planning, including acquisitions, mergers and sales and non-resident corporation planning involving the foreign affiliate and foreign investment entity regimes.  His recent work has seen him providing tax planning advice to a number of oil and gas organisations looking to spin-out into newly publicly-traded companies. He is a member of the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society and Canadian Tax Foundation.  Prior to joining Gowlings, Greg was a partner at a nationally-recognised, Alberta-based boutique tax firm.
