Marc-André Godard

Marc-André Godard is based in Taxand Canada, where he is a partner of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. Working out of the Montréal office, he practises within the National Tax Practice Group. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate tax with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, national and international restructurings, financings and corporate tax planning for both public and private corporations. Marc-André is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.
