Dieter Van Tendeloo is based in Taxand Belgium where he is a partner of AB Taxand BVBA. Having joined the firm in 2008, Dieter’s areas of practice include the structuring of corporations, assistance and advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, real estate structuring and advice, commercial and corporate litigation, and construction law. Dieter obtained his Master’s degree in law at the University of Leuven. As a Member of the Brussels Bar, he practices commercial, corporate and real estate law. Dieter is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German.
