Bruno Van Haelst is a partner of AB Taxand BVBA, an independent law firm of corporate and tax lawyers. He recently joined the firm in 2008. With more than 10 years of practice and expertise in corporate and real estate structuring and advice, Bruno maintains a reputation of adopting a commercial approach to his work. In this respect, his areas of practice include the structuring of corporations, assistance and advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, real estate structuring and advice, real estate taxes, and construction law. He also advises clients in their transactions and defends them in case of litigation. Bruno’s clients are national and multinational corporations, equity funds and individual investors.
