Pierre Thielemans is a partner of AB Taxand BVBA. He recently joined the firm in 2008. Pierre’s areas of practice and expertise are corporate law (including structuring, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and finance), national and international contract law (including distribution and construction), and real estate. Pierre’s clients are national and multinational corporations, equity funds, and individual investors. He assists his clients in setting up or transferring factories and laboratories, notably in the biopharmaceutical industry. He also advises clients in their transactions and defends them in cases of litigation. With 25 years of experience, Pierre teaches national and international contract law and gives seminars in these areas of expertise.
