Frédéric Kransfeld is based in Taxand Belgium where he is a partner of AB Taxand Belgium . He started his career in January 1996 with Loyens & Volkmaars as a lawyer. He joined Infiscad & Partners in March 2003. With more than 15 years of experience, Frédéric has specialised in corporate tax and advice/compliance for wealthy individuals, both in a national and international context. One of his main focuses is real estate, going from due diligence of real estate companies to finance structuring, share purchase deals and restructurings.

Frédéric is a Certified Tax Advisor and a member of the Belgian Association of Tax Advisors (IAB) and BAB. Frédéric studied Law in Antwerp (UFSIA and UIA) and obtained, at the same university, a Master in Business Management and in Tax Law. Moreover, Frédéric taught international tax law at the Antwerp-based school BKR for eight years.
