Eduardo Raul Mallea is based in Taxand Argentina where he is a partner with Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (BFM&L). Eduardo joined the firm in 2006 and is head of the Customs & Foreign Trade practice at BFM&L.

In his daily practice at BFM&L, and as head of the Customs & Foreign Trade practice, he provides customs advice to both domestic and international clients, including litigation in the foreign trade field.

He has been a speaker at several foreign trade seminars, both in Argentina and abroad, and has written numerous articles on customs matters in specialised publications, magazines and newspapers. He co-authored the articles "Transfer Pricing Features of Selected Countries 2010 - Argentina, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations 2010, IBFD - Taxand and authored the so-called 'Triangulation' and 'Fiscal Opacity' in International Trade.

Mr. Mallea is member of the Argentine Fiscal Studies Association, the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies, the International Business Committee of the Chambers of Corporations and the Import Exports Committee of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
