Rocio Liu is based in Taxand Peru where she is a partner with Miranda & Amado Abogados and has delivered corporate tax advice since 2003.

Rocio started her career with Hernández Berenguel Abogados in 1994 and then moved to Hernández & Rosselló Abogados (2001-2003). Complementing her professional career, Rocio is a lecturer on a vast array of seminars and practical courses concerning taxation for the American Chamber of Commerce, Lima Bar Association, the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and the Accounting Board of Lima, to name a few.

Rocio has a Masters in Business Law from the Universidad de Lima (1996-1998) and a Bachelor of Laws degree, achieved with high honours, in 1994. She has continued her education through attending tax seminars at the Universidad Austral (2004); Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina (2000) and Universidad de Salamanca, Spain (1996); Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Rocio is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT).
