Created in September 2004, we are an independent Chinese tax firm formed by professionals from legacy Arthur Andersen, big four accounting firms and in-house experts. We have seven partners and 40 tax practitioners, and offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Chongqing. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to listening to clients, understanding their business operations and needs, and taking creative and proactive steps to deliver workable solutions that add considerable value.
