Yee Hoong Chua
She advises on the tax implications of commercial activities, group reorganisations, business and asset acquisitions, supply chain functions, employee remuneration schemes, the application of tax treaties and tax residence requirements. She also represents companies and individuals in challenging the Revenue authority’s tax assessments, reducing tax assessed and obtaining favourable tax refund or outcome for clients.
Chua also acts for clients in applying for grant of representation in the Singapore courts and in the administration of estates.
Chua is a contributory author of Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore: Revenue and Taxation Volumes 16 & 16(2) published by LexisNexis.
