Costas has developed a unique practice in advising high net-worth individuals on the full array of tax parameters ranging from estate planning to asset structuring. His practice covers income, real estate, gift, charity and inheritance taxation while he also advises on expatriation and pre-immigration planning. He is also actively involved in tax litigation.
Costas has authored several books, most notably "Liability of the Directors of Legal Entities for Corporate Tax Offences and Tax Debts", "Taxation of a foreign employee seconded to Greece" and “3% special real estate tax concerning offshore companies; interpretation and compliance issues”.
Costas is admitted before the Supreme Court and works in Greek and English.
