Nicole is based in Taxand Germany where she is a partner of Luther. Nicole has 10 years of experience in national and international tax law. She finished her studies in 1998 and was accredited as tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 2002. Between 1998 and 2007 she gained a wealth of experience working with clients at Andersen, Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Nicole's international tax expertise has been achieved mainly in the M&A sector where she has led multiple projects focusing on tax optimised structuring, restructuring and the financing of groups. Her transactional experience includes advising on the tax implications surrounding mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions.
